Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed 1-3 days from receipt. In stock items will be shipped within this time, so you should receive your time within 5-7 working days (depending on the shipping method you selected).

Pre-order items will be shipped within 7-10 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

You have 5 working days from receipt of the goods, to give notice that you would like to return your items. If 5 working days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you receive it. your item must be in the original packaging (where applicable). Your items needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. . Customised or personalised items can unfortunately not be exchanged or refunded. The replacement of returned items will be subject to the availability.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Please note, that we can either EFT to your bank account or load credit onto our online shop for any future purchases.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, wo that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund or return can be considered.
